....and the online ads, and the phone calls, and the door ringing, and the ugly political signs on every corner.
Can't like that last post, but ditto the sentiment. RIP Stan Lee. Excelsior!! On a more positive note...Happy World Kindness Day to my LP friends.
Happy Day to you! I hope you found and gave kindness today, and every day. I didn't get outside much today and have had limited contact with others. I went to the store and came home and have talked to only my kids and my dad.
My thoughts and prayers to all of those affected by the California wildfires. I hope you and your families are safe and well.
This is the second time in a row that we have left CA just a day or two before huge fires. My son lives in the northern mountains but as of right now they are only affected by smoke. And that is really bad. The smoke is hitting the Valley where we live today so I am happy we are not there.
In case I don't get the chance, I want to wish my fellow LP'ers a warm and happy Thanksgiving. I hope you have lots of good food and time to spend with friends and family.
We are so happy to be spending Thanksgiving with our daughter in Seattle for the first time in many years. Being here for Halloween too was special and a rare treat for the kids and us.
Oh yeah! I decided against pie for breakfast and opted for some greens and sausage sautéed together. Our tummys thanked us. vs
It's 7:00 am and pizza sounds absolutely wonderful right now!! The only thing that sounds better is an apple fritter from Cottage Bakery in Long Beach, WA.
