I get that it's not safe to hide out in a dryer, but really people does it need to be changed like that?? I believe Disney+ has been making a bunch of little changes like that due to hypersensitivity issues.
They changed the cats from Lady & the Tramp to these guys in their remake, and totally changed the song. I didn't see anything wrong with the first song, but maybe I'm just insensitive...LOL!
The Muppets Show (which we watched in Prime Time with our children when it was on the air) has a rather lengthy disclaimer at the start of certain episodes.
I don't know why, but these Muppets STILL creep me out as an adult. It was a great episode though...I actually left the room and sat on the stairs so I could still listen to the song as a kid...LOL!
