Have her wear it. Lots of spots do special things for birthdays, and it's a kick to have most CM (and lots of fellow guests) wish her "Happy Birthday." There are also restaurants that will give birthday desserts. When we've gone for my birthday, and been there multiple days, it has been a blast. Beyond THAT, try to get a ride on the Lilly Belle car of the train (ask at the station on Main Street FIRST THING in the morning), or ask to pilot the Mark Twain. LOTS of fun things to do!
