Also any special ideas for his special day?

My mom surprised me with the Pat E. Cake birthday party. Granted I am 21 and was one of the older people there. Haha. But your whole party gets to make a cake and then Mickey and Minnie come out and celebrate and you get to take pictures with them. We all had fun!

we sat at a table with a couple of other adults also celebrating. But my hubby and our friend, kept saying they felt like dirty old men...
I wear my birthday button EVERY DAY and we are usually there for two to four days.

Yes, we were the oldest Party boy and girl by far, but hey, you're as young as you feel! And we love our pictures we had taken with Mickey and Minnie. We even saved our party hats! We wear our buttons for more than a day too! And don't forget to take your son to the DCA for his free package of tortillas at the Tortilla factory. Everyone with a birthday button on gets a pack.

I think the concensus was that it's OK for him to wear the button and get the "happy birthday"'s, just as long as you're not trying to get freebies every day (it's hard to explain to a kid why lying is OK in this instance!). Just extending the celebration out to a few days is fine.

If I were 10, I'd want to wear it every day. (And there's nothing wrong with adults doing it, either... ;-)
