The attendant did go out of their way to tell the guest they could get a new pen, no charge. I started a thread on this subject at LP maybe 6 months ago. Search for it and read more. My suggestion was that Disney should pull those pens and get new ones that were better made. At the very least, take one of the white DisneyWorld pens with you when you go character signing. I find they NEVER quit.

We are taking our pen but my son likes the big blue ones since he feels they belong with the books. Was just wondering if anyone has had the issues with them lately.
