If you have an Entertainment Book card the rates are great - if they are available on the days you are going. For example, I'm going July 16-19 and priced Super 8 on Katella. They wanted $62.10 per night. I checked Hojo's and I got the room for $59 per night. AND, Hojo's is within walking distance to DL (about 10 min. walk to entry turnstile). I have not stayed there but love the La Quinta Inn's in general. Have fun
