I found a "look a like" candy cane on the counter at CA Greetings. I was SO excited until I read the label. I guess it was one of the mass made candy canes because it didn't have the "made in Disneyland" label :( It's big and pretty though :)

I appreciate that she told us before we bought one :) She told us that the next batch would be made on the 12th.

They're about a foot long, and an inch thick. When we stopped by the candy shop in the morning, the line was all the way back to the Coke Corner seating area (though all inside since it was raining). There were a couple for sale back in Pooh Corner when we were in Critter Country in the afternoon, so they must have avoided the rush somehow.

The ones made fresh are sold in batches. You must be one of the 15-20 people in line to receive a ticket to buy 2 of the approx. 40 canes made out of each batch. Each batch takes about 2 hours to make. You are give a window of time to come back to purchase the canes. If you don't come back in that window they can be sold to someone else.
Each batch is given a different ticket so the CM's in the shop know which batch you are suppose to get your cane from.

There's a few things I saw them making on Guy's special that made me want them!
