I know I'm not like a lot of people, but last year when I saw the trailer for The Incredibles (the short one w/ Mr. I having problems getting dressed) I didn't think the movie looked all that great. It took me a while before I even considered seeing the movie (I'm so glad I did [seen it twice now] I love it so much).
Give it time, teaser trailers can't all be as great as the Monsters Inc. one.

Jim Hill has a little article that describes the story a bit. He says it's kind of a cars version of Doc Hollywood.

While I thought the trailer for "Cars" was OK, I'm going to disagree here. When I saw the teaser for "Monsters, Inc.", I was very excited about seeing the film.

When it comes to Pizar trailers, I think the term "underpromise, overdeliver" fits perfectly.

    I really liked that one.

I remember seeing the Toy Story 2 one. Just the aliens looking on as the claw brought down the number two, or something. And then the audience cheered and cheered.

Actually, as sad and crazy as it sounds, the polish title for it is:

    "Auto Story" :S
