There is also a pizza place right there. The subway is a standard Subway, with normal pricing. The chineese is pretty standard S. Cal strip mall chineese, w/your average 1, 2, and 3 item combos. The pizza place is NOT a chain, and I've never tried it or even checked their prices. Could be great; could be horrible. It's an easy walk for two healthy adults, we've done it a time or two. I'd hesitate before pushing a stroller that far, but I'm a wimp.

Their takeout menu indicates hotel delivery available w/minimum $20 order-but we did not try this. Maybe next time. I think you will be very happy with this restaurant. Lunch specials are 5-7 dollars. I saved the menu for our next trip - (714)663-8888 is their phone #. According to the menu-"The Closest Chinese Restaurant at Disneyland". We ate here around 5 times, and all experiences were good.

Too bad I couldn't scan and post the menu. Excluding specials, there are 132 items on the menu. On top of everything else, the ambiance is very nice. The kids loved the Won Ton Noodle soup.

GrandChina has authentic dishes, but they also cater to the tourists/local trade with mainstream items like chow mein and won ton noodles. I tried one very authentic dish at Grand called Steamed Fatty Pork with preserved cabbage, and it was very good. The pork has about a quarter inch of fat on the top and it is delish. Anyways, I have a sensitive stomach, and anytime I find a restaurant that tastes good and I don't have stomach problems, I am happy. Along those lines, Fresh Choice is a very good franchise for those that do not need much meat, but I think they are primarily in NorCal.

If your in the adventurous mood it might be worth a try...and its really good mixed in with white steamed rice...which is almost a must because the pork is rich. Does Souplantation have more or less selection than Fresh Choice? WOuld you rate it better?

We'll still go out of our way to get to a Souplantation tho, they're very good also, and they do have a large selection.
