I'm sure the Hampton Inn staff can help you. They are part of the Hilton chain, right?

    Have fun planning :)

Maybe VP thought you meant mylar balloons?

They asked for her favorite character but did not promise that one.
I also asked if my son could get an autographed picture as well so that he could feel special too!
Upon check-in, we received an envelope with the rest of our things which had an autographed picture of Cinderella and a birthday button.
No balloons or anything for my son and we basically did not interact with another staff member our five day stay!
I must say that I was underwhelmed after hearing of what others have received but was appreciative of what we did receive.
I wondered if you receive more if you do more through Vacation Planning.
I booked all my dining as I always do and purchased the Fantasmic seating for the Friday previous to our stay there.
I opted not to order a cake as my daughter wanted a volcano at the Rainforest Cafe!
I enquired about the baskets but found them very pricey for what you received.
I cannot say that I asked Vacation Planning for a lot but also didn't feel they really provided a lot!
I sometimes think that if I had ordered more stuff through them, I might have received more but I don't know.

But they did ask when I booked my reservation, if we were celebrating a special occasion. This was for my birthday so it was 9 months ago. We did get balloons and the autographed picture. Not sure if it mattered that we were staying concierge, or if they've stopped doing the free balloons??

Now that we use Brad, it is wonderful. He even sent us a thank you card when we got home. It was signed by him and everything. I would email them again and see if you can have those things waiting for the birthday child. Good luck! And happy planning!

Check what is available for delivery from off-sites-they are hungry for the business and you just might find a much better deal.
