The staff is incredibly friendly, and they really make you feel like they are happy to have you flying with them. Our flight attendant personally walked up the aisle and shook eack and every passengers name and thanked us for flying with them. I am just a few air miles from a free flight on Alaska. Whatever...I'll fly Express Jet instead. Don't hesitate to fly with them...you won't be disappointed. My personal favorite point concerning Express Jet....... BEER IS A BUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
