    The mound of earth you see is actually a big pit in the ground. Before most construction had to take place, they had to dig a new retention pond and expand the other due to comply with Florida watershed regulations. That pit is now one large retention pond with an island in the middle.

    I realize it was from 2010 , but prior to that is was still showing the playground. At least we can see the outlines of what is to come. hopefully it will be updated again soon. And thanks for clearing up the question of what looked like a mound. Makes perfect sense to me.
