It had charge cards, money and traveler checks. I reported it to the MGM lost and found and I got a call that they found my wallet and a cast member brought it to my hotel. She would not take a reward. I got her number and pertinent ID without getting her name. When I got home I wrote a letter to the proper people at that time as well as human resources. about the excellent service I got and that the cast member was superb and I told them she should be praised and the proper info should be placed in her file. I never received a reply from them. I got the feeling that they did not care.

They also made the situation "right", to the point where we were shocked. So, yes, sometimes complaints DO fall on deaf ears, but not always.
