Originally Posted By Princessjenn5795 The GCH entrance actually goes really fast. I prefer to line up early, but once they open the gates it is really quick. They also tend to go down the line before they open to check hotel keys and bags, so it goes even faster when they do open.

One of the 1st things the concierge told us when we got there was to avoid the lines at the GCH gate for Magic Morning entry. She recommended that we go directly to the main gates at CA because they had more turnstiles available for early entry which made the lines much smaller. On Monday morning we decided to check out the line at the GCH gate and the end of the line was by the storytellers cafe - yikes! We proceeded to the main gate at CA and walked right in - absolutely no line there. Resort guest from all three Disney hotels can use that entry. Everyone thinks that's the faster entry route for magic mornings but it's not. For another time of the day, the GCH gate is great for entry/exit.
