The trip would be 1 day 1 park on a saturday in November (yes next month!). The group will be anywhere between 20-30 people, is this enough to qualify as a group sales?

I feel like I should know this information since I sold tickets in the disney store on a daily basis, but I've never had to be in charge of bringing a large group to the resort before.

Has anyone been in charge of leading a group of 20+ teenagers and adults through the group sales process? what was your experience?

I'm mainly looking for information on ticket pricing and the minimum number of people that it would take to get group sales.

any other tidbits and helpful hints are appreciated =)

    Thanks!

Our trip will be last minute (nov. 10) because the kids all just decided that they wanted to go to disney instead of go out to dinner =P I wonder why they would rather go to disney ;)

Looks like I'll be a coordinator as well as fast pass runner! Thank god for my AP =D

I will be sure to pass along the congrats to the kids! They have done so well for their first year (considering their a band of only 13 marching members!). Our last game is on the 9th so they are all looking forward to a little fun and relaxation after their starting season =)

I'm still trying to figure that one out myself. I'll get back to you on that.

Wow, much success during their first year huh? No wonder you're rewarding them with Disneyland!

    >> 13 marching members <<

So, they're so good you could say, it's like theres 13 more of them, perhaps earning a nickname like say, Mickey's Marchers. A little tribute to the meaning behind the 1313 of 1313 Harbor Blvd. ;)

That's so exciting though, Kira! So I take it you are going with them or - oh, just checked and saw the "our trip" part, heheh.

Yay!! FastPass Runner - sounds like a relay. Actually, no, that's with a team (although you are with a team).

    >> so they are all looking forward to a little fun and relaxation after their starting season <<

And you picked just the place :) So this is a new high school?

We also typed up a list of all chaperones and their cell numbers (was the same size as their ticket) on a piece of cardstock and put those in their lanyard pocket as well.

Sadly, I went in today to give information to the band director and he chose Knott's for the kids to go to instead of disneyland -_-

Disneyland is out of the budget (for now!) so we have to stick with the 'cheaper' theme park =S

I will be saving this information though since the colorguard still wants to go to disneyland for the end of the year.

I feel so dirty having to choose knotts over disneyland haha -_- I don't even like rollercoasters! Oh well...I haven't been to knott's in 3 years...it could be interesting, right? haha =)

Which one do you have again? Mine's the Southern California - not the Select, the 2nd one.
