(It's big and tall like the Cat in the Hat's Hat, looks like cake with candles on the top). If she's up for a little public attention, but not up for the silly hat you can get her a tiarra (and a boa!) and a "Queen" or "Princess" sort of tee-shirt. I know if you wanted to do something special for me you could always get me something a Jewel of Orleans, . They custom make watches on Main Street, maybe you could get Happy Birthday added to one, though that wouldn't be cheap.
