While Indy is one of the rides where it makes sense (theoretically) to have FP, the setup of the queue just doesn't work for it. The standby queue is always outside, and there's always a long wait after you merge with FP, so it doesn't really benefit either group.

About two weeks ago, I decided to go in the stand-by wait line (45 minute wait) and about 25 of it was spent in the outdoor queue line. The FPers spent at least a good 15-20 minutes inside with everyone else. Pretty much, don't expect a 5 minute or less wait like other attractions do that utilize the FP. It seems like you get on the ride in half the time of what the stand-by time reads with the FP.
