    I went for Memorial Day once about 5 years ago. To our Surprise Monday wasn't too bad. Sunday was definitely worse as far as crowds. It was our first time to DCA so we spent a fair amount of time over there (as much as you can) so maybe that is why we didn't notice it as much?
