I'm pretty sure I messed up my panettone this year because I was thinking about about that bread. ;-) I had some leftover Russian Teacake dough (I'm tired of rolling the cookies) so I pressed it into a square tart pan, baked it and spread Nutella over the top. I think it should be tasty. I just baked a dozen chewy chocolate gingerbread cookies. I've never made them before so I'm not sure if they are supposed to be a bit more tender but they have really great flavor. I really like having a variety of treats for Christmas. I don't care if we have a tiny portion of each treat, I just like having a lot of choices. I do have to make sure the kids don't sample all day. LOL Chrimbo comes but once a year!
