I have just read on JimHillMedia.com and am trying to confirm from other sites that Ollie Johnson died tonight in Washington State. He was 96 years old. He was also the last of "Walt's Old Men", the original core group of animators responsible from virtually every Disney animated movie from Snow White to the Rescuers.

There are no words beyond that for me.

A very sad day, an era closes. Thank you to Ollie and all his friends and colleagues that have given us so much joy!
