Okay, no more of granny's 1968 cough medicine. I swear this stuff is about 180 proof!

Tomorrow I hit the Plow and Hearth. I can also personally attest that a Disney vacation would have been far cheaper since I am shopping shopping shopping. I haven't even gotten to Washington DC yet. Tomorrow I drive up to Fredricksburg, VA to spend the next three days with my brother and his family. I was busily making the fillings for Canadian meat pies tonight as I promised my brother and his family I would bring dinner. So my in-laws are loving the smell of the meat pies. It smells like Christmas around here.

Here are some websites about my in-laws place. Its called Haw Branch Plantation. Its knows for its ghosts.

Are your relatives way back when Canadien/Candienne or American though?

Next thing you'll tell me that poutine made with shredded cheese is good, and you don't need cheese curds.

(Although I think East Coast US eat cheese curds, at least probably states that produce dairy)
