That's not entirely true. At DCA the flea is not a film, it's an animated figure. The animated figure at DCA I believe has P.T Flea's trademark hat.

Yes, the flea at DCA is an AA, who looks and sounds remarkably like P.T. Flea.

I know that Corey Burton did most of the voices. They may have asked him to make the flea sound more like Ratzenberger, since the film had been out for some time.

Now I'm confused. Aren't both versions identical? I thought DAK's attraction also has the termite (hence terminator) as a figure built into the wall of the theater.

I have seen the DAK version two or three times only, and do not recall any differences with the DCA version. I have seen the DCA version many, many times.

It's not set in stone who should have an accent or who shouldn't, it seems to depend on the individual character.

But I think it would add to the character of Ratatouille if he had an accent. A suave-sounding rat would be cool. It would add contrast.

All this without seeing the film, of course. It's just an impression.

I remember before the Mighty Ducks cartoon premiered back in whenever, I saw stills of the characters and was instantly taken with Duke L'Orange. He had a sword and an eyepatch and a French name, and I just thought he'd be this awesome suave rogue.

He turned out to have dis New Yawk accent which didn't do a thing for me.

I think Disney TV missed the boat there.
