I had the Camerones Con Fideos--marinated shrimp over an angel hair pasta...and the BEST dessert in all the worlds---a caramel pudding with orange sauce! I seriously still remember that meal, even though it was over a month ago now!

    (We also ate at Nine Dragons in China and that was a meal that the entire family is still talking about!)

    We all really enjoyed the meal plan when we went this time. It really encouraged us to try places that we usually pass by for more familiar sites!

    Where might I get this book that was mentioned?

    They aren't in the book but a lot of great ones are. Just email the restaurant and they will sent you them. There is a soup from the CG that I love and the chef sent the recipe. It was in bulk so he even told me how to cut it down.
    We had a really good meal at San Angels in Aug as well. Hope this helps.

    There are things in Epcot that I would love to learn how to make, but to find the ingredients here is difficult! LIke Cloudberries for a cloudberry horn from Norway...I can't find cloudberries anywhere!
