The only exception was California Grille and Le Cellier when I needed a reservation. I've been able to go to the parks on the same day and get into any restaurant without a reservation booked in advance and still get a desirable timeslot. ~GFC~

About the only restaurant we haven't been able to get into when we want is Le Cellier. And I'm talking about getting in within 15 minutes either side of noon. So two hours before is plenty of time to reserve (for lunch).
