I'm sure a lot of families will enjoy the addition of the new dinner but its too bad they have to make it two dining credits. I'm glad I squeezed in my meal there before these changes.

I know we've wanted to go there in the past (I heard that Belle was there and I happen to know a BIG Belle fan..) but I also loved eating at Tony's when they had breakfast and they took that away.. Luckily we got to eat there (Tony's) for Valentine's Day when they still had the menu I liked.. and again on our honeymoon.. Still, I don't get it. I guess if they had Meeko or something I would. =(

Kids hardly eat cause they're excited, then they are hungry an hour or so after breakfast. Bam! There's another ten bucks to feed 'em until they are hungry again for lunch! There's another 30ish.

Hmmm... maybe that's not just a coincidence unique to my group.

So I guess I have a good excuse now to eat at the Liberty Tree Tavern ( which I have never eaten at ). I like the location of the Columbia Harbour House but I'm really not all impressed with the seafood. Its a poor substitution for the Rose and Crown in Epcot.

I can think of other nice sit down meals in the World.. but yeah, Disney wouldn't think they could get that kind of money if they didn't think folks would pay it.

I'd rather do breakfast at BOMA, but that's just me.. AA Kenyan in a French press, 'magic juice' and yummy breakie buffet with some decent area music accompanied by the occasional "mommy what's this mushy stuff?" coming from a distant table.. hee hee.. Bring it on! =) whoo hoo..

Well, currently there are no princesses at dinner. When we ate there last week we were given the best window table overlooking Fantasyland and our service was wonderful. I wasn't expecting the food to be great but it was SO yummy. I loved the pretzel breadsticks and my steak was pretty decent. The dessert selection was really good too. It was very nice in the evening without the characters. Of course, we were on the dining plan so we didn't have to pay full price for our meal (Which the total was $120 for two!) but it was a really great experience overall.

Ooooo, dinner at the Liberty Tree Tavern is THE BEST, even though it's a character meal. Best greenbeans on the planet!!!

You can't compare... R&C is a sit-down whereas the Harbor House is a fast food counter service location. However...I used to work at the Harbor House in the early 80's and back then we were pretty well known for our quick and tasty fish, shrimp and chicken leg and thigh portions with coles slaw... we were *the* alternative to hamburgers... and we had a lot of repeat customers... Now a days, the Harbor House menu is to say the least...adecuate.

I don;t know about that-- I keep hearing the sound of cash registers merrily ringing and there are none aroun dme-- must be magic.

It will be real interesting to see how this plays out -- immediately you know it will be full ( which scares me because someone will clone this experience at least 1 per park - we all know that) - -- but long term.

Conierge level business ....pre paid packages for meals -- credit card gurantees for Cali Grill....I think it is easy to tell who they are catering to here.....and I would have little problem except for 2 things:

1/ if done at all 3 meals @ Cinderella's castle, it will keep most budget conscious from ever eating a meal there -- and let's face it $150 for family of 4 is more than many ever spend for one meal....
2/ keep this to one location -- don't go nuts copying it here , there and everywhere.

However, I won't go back with the all-princess plan. Too much chaos for too much money! I agree with vbdad...I'll go to CA Grill!!!
