The past few days he just seemed to have no energy at all. This afternoon we took him to the vet to have him checked out and found out that his kidneys had failed. We decided to go ahead and put him to sleep instead of seeing him suffer as he wouldn't have lasted more than a few more days anyway. Please keep us in your prayers as we remember and grieve Deogee.

He traveled with my late husband and me when we moved from Memphis, TN to Southern California. He was a great comfort to me when Bill died. Honestly at times after Bill's death he was my reason for living. I feel extremely honored that shared his life with me and gave me so much unconditional love. He will be missed.
