that's why I consider myself a moderate and vote for the person - not the party, because NEITHER party gives a rats behind about pension raiding - off shoring or anything else as long as a large corp is involved because both parties are ' on the payroll '.

Yeah, but do you know how much the whole bird would cost, that would be like a family-style meal. But you could then take it back to the campsite and fire up the grill. Team it up with a six pack of Old Milwaukee. Now thats some fine eatin'

Is there much meat on a seagull? My husband's gotten a few Canada Geese, and they are really tasty. Actually our first date happened to fall on the opening day of Goose season, so there was a dead one in the back seat of his car. How romantic.

Never had seagull, but I'm willing to try. They look pretty fatty so I'd bet they are darned tasty.

A friend of mine actually did try it. They were down in Galveston drunk, and lured an unsuspecting gull within grabbing distance. Roasted it right up on the fire they had going. He said it was nasty.

I like working because it gets me out among people. Especially with the kids at the school, when they go out for recess, you know there's life in the world. I loved being the bookkeeper, not so happy as being the office manager, well... I had to set up for 3 funerals this week (it's only Tuesday!) the priest was off Monday & Tuesday, getting ready for Lent I guess. 50 hour weeks don't thrill me. I was really happy with 35.

That's why I need to you LPers to keep me occupied.
