No no no, he went hunting in the morning/afternoon, out date was that night. He didn't have time to clean it before the date. But he did cook it the next day, and delish.

Soaking game in salt water pretty much works on a lot of stuff. I know it's good for goats.

Here in WV they legalized eating roadkill in 1998.

The morning hunt is just the beginning of things. The Grand Finale comes that night sitting around the campfire, drinking whiskey with your Buds, talking about the days hunt. I'm telling you he had to be head over heels in love to give that up.
