There's pictures out there of Tokyo Disneyland covered in snow, if you want to see what WDW would look like if it snowed, as the parks are basically the same.

If you look at the operational capabilites of a lot of the rides some them more than likely have a temperate cut out like most rollercoasters due to fluids, brakes, wheels, and their expansion/contraction ratios. That would affect how they could operate within certain extremes and safely or not.

Being someone who lives in the snowbelt I can tell you that the last thing I want to see at a Disney Themepark is snow.

If there is snow, that means its cold. Plus snow melts and turns into slush, and unless you are wearing water proof boots your feet will get all wet.
