I know HM shuts to do the Holiday overlay, if I went on the 19th of September would I catch it or would it already be closed? Thanks!

DST just in case you're wondering doesn't end til November 1st this year, so you'd have plenty of time before it ends Ok according to FAQs on Disneyland.com, here is their info on hours/crowds depending on time of year, since September is a long ways off their calender right now is only available to show hours for dates up til April from what I just checked: If you want to visit when the number of Guests is fairly low, plan to stay mid-week (Tuesdays-Thursdays) during: mid-September through mid- November http://disneyland.disney.go.co...sFAQPage So pretty much the weather should be good, hopefully not too warm. The crowds are expected to be smaller as their site predicts during shorter hours. I think its 10am til 9pm right? I know theres much more to this I have no clue about since I don't frequent the parks as a lot folks on here do, but from what I've read and heard on here in past years, hopefully that should give you an idea to start with =)

I think the last weekend in Sept they start having all the Halloween decorations in place but by the 19th there will probably be a good amount of things out

Originally Posted By fkurucz <<I remember now! I think you mentioned that in the thread for it at the time.>> Correct. The first night (a Sunday) it was so bad that my hair was full of soot, and the Santa Anas blew hot and hard well into the next week. I shouldn't complain as it didn't get too hot. I recall labor day 1989. We lived in San Diego county at the the time. The temperature was over 110F (43C) that day.
