What's with all the spam thread? Is there no way to prevent them?

I have been wondering the same thing. Ignoring them doesn't seem to help.

I've been reporting them as well, but you would think that moderators would be able to delete the spam threads though. Ignoring them doesn't do much because it's just one post, and then they change their profile.

I've tried to go through and remove. Did I miss some? I wonder if I'm not getting reports.

There are a bunch of topics that are spam. Disneyland's has a few. I think Disney Dining has one? They're semi-obvious at a glance.

I report any that I come across. Being on the other side of the time zone spectrum, I notice they often (always?) come in at odd hours, almost certainly an attempt to thwart the management.

I've been reporting them too. There is a new one in the Disneyland section. Crazycroc is campaigning to be moderator.

Is it possible to report threads without opening them?

I think the mods are relying on the ignore thread option.

Yes, I will remove these spam threads with my mighty mod sword. I will build a throne out of the skulls of these spambots.

Every day there is new spam. Shouldn't the moderators be deleting these?

As much as I hate it, maybe using captcha or email verification before they can post.

I'm sure they're trying to stay ahead of it.

I'm not. I read several message boards, this it the only one with the spam that's out of control.
