And honestly, the whole place smells like fish. It does, it's pretty but it does.

What are you thinking of Teppan Edo? It's the performance hibachi place in the Japan pavilion - you sit around a bit table/grill with like 7 seats (they will put parties together) and a chef comes out and does a little performance making your food on the table itself. Chicken, beef, tofu, or shrimp.. all with noodles, and your choice of sauce, etc.. Many people like it.

There's also Tokyo Dining right next door (same entrance actually) which is more of a traditional table service restaurant and has an expanded menu of cuisine over Teppan Edo. Lovely views out the windows of Tokyo Dining to World Showcase lagoon as well.

Fried rice is Chinese, not Japanese. I have too say too, fried rice is more an American thing; most Chinese people eat steamed rice, not fried.

If your kids love Japanese Steakhouse dining they should enjoy Teppan Edo. We enjoy Le Cellier, Rose & Crown, Biergarten & Chefs de France.

    Have fun deciding.
