One of the things that makes Star Tours and Indiana Jones so great is that they're more "inspired" by the movies and have their own stories to tell. Yeah, an adventure in space with Wall-E and Eve would be good...if they wanted to incorporate any 'earthly' aspects of the film I would use it as an opportunity to emphasize the beauty of our earth and to educate people on how important it is to take care of it...without all the apocalyptic mile-high trash doom and gloom.
