Just out of curiosity. What did she say about DVC having right of first refusal in any transaction?

What attracts me to her the most is it seems like an almost "TURN KEY" operation.

By Turn Key, I mean that I don't have to do anything much but sign and date and hand off to her. I know that using a turn key method of getting something done will cost MORE to get to the ends. But in my case I am simply too lazy to deal with it. I just want to sell those points so I can buy others. I am sure I will incur a SMALL loss, but it's worth it to me.

Don't worry, I will proceed with caution, but not too much! ;)

I own 250 points, but use them all up every year ( and then some) on family vacations AND my wife and I spend a week at the Yacht Club every year, which is an additional cost which I don't mind paying for because we love it there. I've often thought that for the cost of staying at the YC every year, I could easily have bought another 150-200 points, but that wouldn't be a good value for me, because they don't translate so well into YC reservations. My point is, it's all about what works for you.

I've been trying to figure this out for myself reading the charts on the link Labuda gave. What is the difference between the points and price?

    I need kindergarten explanation, please.

you can always buy some points and add on later, that is what I did. And they are right about the DVC reps, it is really a low ( almost no) pressure sales pitch...
