Otherwise, they confirmed that the other vacation companies, like getawaytoday.com, are legitimate and when the 6 day Parkhoppers are bought through them, the info is electronically sent to DL and the passes are picked up at the DL Ticket Booths (with appropriate ID) just like you would do if you bought them through the DL website.

I'm not aware of a limit on how much one person can buy and still get a discount. For 6 people, it seems like you could save some money! You get 10% off at most cafeteria-type and sit down restaurants in the parks and Disney hotels. However, as I noted earlier, unless you're staying at a Disney hotel, the AP holder would not have the early entry vouchers that come with the park hoppers.
