    When it's really really windy (like hurricane windy), they close the parks, but I believe that's only when a hurricane is headed directly for Orlando. Other than that, as far as I know, all attractions continue to run. They may cancel the fireworks, or remove certain items that could blow into guest areas, but that seems like the only thing that would change.
