Zaia at the Venetian Macau is also pretty stunning. They seem to be on a tear on late - I hope that Criss Angel Believe also lives up to the hype when it opens next month at the Luxor.

Cirque has never had to deal with a "star" like Angel, who never loses an argument with anyone (whether he's right or wrong).

I know Angel well, and it's hard to see how he's going to pull this off because of the lifestyle he's lived for the past five years and the way he's grown accustomed to working.

The dude doesn't sleep more than three hours a night, frequently parties all night long, and often shows up late and unprepared for the shoots on his TV show Mindfreak.

You can not carry two performances of a Cirque show every night on your shoulders with a lifestyle like that. Perhaps that's why Cirque has taken out a $100 million dollar insurance policy in case he can't perform per his contract. I've been told that the show has been built so that another magician can be brought in if necessary.

Maybe he'll straighten out--when he had his stage show in that tiny theater in Times Square a decade ago, he was a hell of a live stage performer. At 41, we'll see if he still has it in him.

As for Zed--it means "zero" to me. I'd rather be riding the Haunted Mansion.

That is correct I'm afraid Malin. And it won't change any time soon. Much like the rest of TDR the focus is on Japanese guests and tour groups.

As far as the Chris Angel show goes...Has anyone seen the promo photo's from it? They look stunning....The Raven heads look so great....

Shame, what happen to OLC considering changing this process as a way to attract more tourist, seeing that TDR core demographic is ageing.

That sounds like a good idea and it just goes to show how great the level of customer service is in the whole of Japan.
