Disney Dining Plan vs. PrePaid Card

    In the past, people have given me prepaid Visa cards as gifts and it was a hassle using them in some locations.

    I wouldn't want that to happen....

The Dining Plan has far more restrictions, and only really has value if you would eat 1-2 table service meals per day, which is unlikely for most guests

    Target often gives a 10% discount on gift cards

    If you have a Target Visa card you can use the 5% discount on Target store purchases towards pre-paid gift card purchases. Unless that's changed within the last couple of years.
