It is. We had a traveling Pimp Daddy Obiwan Kenobi. He traveled all over the country. Finally it was my turn and he visited Disneyland on the 50th anniversary.
These remind me of that episode in the Twilight Zone were the guy makes everyone wear masks until he died at the stroke of midnight.
Oh yeah, 60-70 images - I had my new annual pass and I shot the construction weekly to track the progress back in the analog days
Here's another - Disneyland geeks will recognize Bruce Gordon (in the purple shirt) and David Mumford (with his back to the camera)
Love the SM pix. I remember that as we were there in early '89 and it was not open yet. It would end up being another 10 years before I got back again. That is a great fireworks pic. I actually managed to do that with my old flip phone.
One of my favorite things - since my first trip - Mickey balloons makes me smile every time I see a little kid get their first one
This is one of my favorite childhood DLR pics--a total fluke of accidentally double exposing part of a roll of film. Although the Rocket Jets never sat atop the base of Sleeping Beauty Castle, I still enjoy wistful feelings when I see this. Edit: I guess I'm too technologically challenged to get the picture in any other way than dropping it in. It's small (a scan which was uploaded, downloaded, cropped, and uploaded again), but it's all I've got.
That is awesome. Once my father used the same roll of 8mm movie film twice. I was for two snow trips with our youth group. I had long hair and short hair in one movie. And, kids were sledding inside the cabin by the fire!
