Standard operational Attraction closures

I'm trying to create a comprehensive list of standard operating Attraction closures at Disneyland. With the Star Wars construction and the general agreement that traffic and Guest flow during parades and fireworks is as bad or worse than it has been in a long time, knowing what is typically closed and for how long would be helpful. I haven't been to the resort during regular hours in several years, and this information is not readily available from Disneyland.

Closures for fireworks / night parade:
Peter Pan's Flight: closes for fireworks. When do they close the line? When does it reopen?

Snow White's Scary Adventures: closes for fireworks. When do they close the line? When does it reopen?

Mr. Toad's Wild Ride: closes for fireworks (I think). When do they close the line? When does it reopen?

Pinocchio's Daring Journey: closes for fireworks (I think). When do they close the line? When does it reopen?

Disneyland Monorail: closes for fireworks (I was told by a current Monorail CM). When do they close the line? When does it reopen?

Storybook Land Canal Boats used to close years ago during night parades. Is that still the case?

Mickey's Toontown: closes for fireworks / does not reopen. What time do they they typically cut off new entries?

Castle drawbridge / forecourt: blocked off for fireworks. Does it reopen after fireworks before the second showing of Paint the Night?

DLRR used to close for fireworks--is that still the case? (Closed for Star Wars construction.)

Closures for Fantasmic! and/or at dusk:

Mark Twain Riverboat: closes for Fantasmic! / does not reopen. (Closed for Star Wars construction.)
Sailing Ship Columbia: closes for Fantasmic! / does not reopen. (Closed for Star Wars construction.)
Davy Crockett's Explorer Canoes: closes prior to or at dusk. (Closed for Star Wars construction.)
Pirates' Lair at Tom Sawyer's Island / Rafts to Tom Sawyer Island: closes prior to or at dusk. (Closed for Star Wars construction.)

Closes due to precipitation:
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
Alice in Wonderland
Mad Tea Party
Disneyland Monorail
(As far as I know, these are the only absolute / standard closures due to rain. Monorail didn't closure for rain when I worked there, but I'm told it does now. Way back when, nothing else closed automatically for rain--but I imagine that "safety" now requires more closures. What are they?)

From what I remember, it seems like the Fantasyland dark rides close about 90 minutes prior to show time, and open about 30 minutes after the posted show time (~15-20 minutes after the show ends). I would guess that the actual queue closures vary for each attraction depending on how long the queue is, though I don't know what exact time they're hoping to have their last pre-fireworks rider

For Toontown, I seem to recall seeing signs that the land closes at 7:30, but I'm not sure if that means that's the last entry into the land, or when they start forcing people out

I'm shocked to see that the Monorail closes for rain. It's sad to see how quickly it's fallen from being a semi-viable transit prototype to one of the most useless attractions in the resort

Re the Monorail: very true. Pre-DCA, it was a fairly high capacity Attraction, moving upwards of 20,000 people in a robust operating day. My understanding is that in a 15 hour day, it typically does only about half that now. (I have no actual data available--that's just rough and anecdotal.)
