You might want to look at historic closures for the time you want to go and see what tends to be down. Typically, they try to keep things open between Thanksgiving and Christmas if that is what you are trying to plan.

Any site that claims to have advance knowlege of closures (that have not been publicized by Disney) is spreading steer manure. Generally, you can check the disneyland.com web site to see what will be closed up to six weeks in advance. Sometimes, there will be notice much further in advance - usually of major closures and show endings. The best place to look for this kind of news is on the Disney Parks Blog.
Thinking of a trip next Spring. SW Land shouldn't be open yet, or will it? I haven't been following the news. Also, will the River be drained while work is done?
SW land is still at least two years out. The river is damned so they can have water on the water front while the back end is drained for construction.
They're working to get the river and railroad reopened before the other Star Wars work is complete. I think their goal is for it to return by next summer, so it will probably still be closed for your springtime visit, but there's a chance it will be ready Given that Fantasmic! rehearsals will have to wait until everything on the river is operational, I would expect the show to return a couple months after everything else
