This one may be pretty tough. I discovered this area on my most recent trip, and was surprised that I had no recollection of ever seeing the area before

Is that near the restroom area along Hollywood Boulevard in DCA?

Nope, it's outside the parks. If you look at the reflection in the upper right, there may be some hints about the location (or it may be even more confusing)

Is it part of a hotel?

Could it possibly be near the GC's side-entrance into DCA? (My last trip to DL, I actually used that entrance: I got sunscreen in an eye, and needed eyedrops in a BIG hurry.)

I'm trying to figure out what it is from the reflection. I think its part of the Disneyland hotel but I don't know where.

The reflection is something that is no longer there, but was once a pretty iconic feature

So the reflection is the Orange Stinger. I'm just trying to think of where on the PP hotel that brickwork is.

I'll say that's close enough! It's the entrance to the (former) Yamabuki restaurant at the PPH, which is just to the left of the hotel lobby entrance, along the front driveway. I walked past it in May and realized that I never noticed the large(ish) building entrance, and was thrown off by the lack of signage. Apparently the restaurant closed around 2009 and hasn't been replaced by anything. Considering how lackluster the Surfside Café is, and that the DLH also lost several restaurants during its redo around the same time, I'm surprised the space has stayed empty for so long

As best I can tell, the sushi restaurant was a holdover from the building's days as the Emerald of Anaheim, when it was built and owned by a Japanese company. With the variety of dining options in DLR, it's surprising that there's really nothing with similar flavors; the closest would be Lucky Fortune Cookery which is hardly in the same league

That's cool! I've never went over there. I need to explore the PPH hotel. Why doesn't the resort have a decent sushi restaurant? I would love that. The Lucky Fortune Cookery needs to completely change it's menu. It's chicken with oranges really is gross. How about real orange chicken?

I think a hint might be necessary for that one! :D

At the bottom of the stairs when you exit. You have to turn right and look under the stairs.
