As well as far more likely to do something rash and ill-considered. You're not getting it. I would rather America and South Korea have to deal with the aftermaths and terrible entanglements because that means we are still alive. A few delivered nukes to the USA and none of us will have to worry about a political fallout or soured international relations. Staying alive trumps our international standing.
