Perhaps if you didn't discuss North Korea and break out classified material IN A PUBLIC PLACE FILLED WITH CELL PHONES, it would help. Ever think of that, Donnie?
I thought Trump was going to get us all killed with his maniacal approach, but instead it turns out it'll just be his incompetence that does it. In all seriousness, I'm both deeply troubled and heartened by his incompetence. I think it makes it less likely he'll ruin everything—all you people who whine about the federal bureaucracy should be kissing its ring right now for sparing us all. Deliberate, slow-moving stuff doesn't play well with incompetence. But if he does manage to ruin things, it will be on a disastrous scale, I fear.
Hey guys, long time no see. I'm glad that we can agree about Trump. He's a narcissistic, inept, and lying person. I'm embarrassed he's our president.
Mormons as a group didn't vote Trump. I'm not surprised by a Utah person slamming him(not that you have no reason to, because you do)
That's not quite true. He won Utah with 45% of the vote. I'm pretty sure most of those were Mormons. I couldn't vote for him, but I know others had their reasons (staunch conservatism, dislike of Hilary, Supreme court, etc). There are a group of Mormons that were #nevertrump, and Evan McMullin was an alternative for them.
Hi Josh! One of my dearest/oldest friends is Mormon and was terribly affronted when I asked if she was supporting Trump. (This is the first time she and I have had the same opinion of a President.) Always knew you had a good head on your shoulders.
I was at least pleased to see that Mormons, as a whole, rejected him morality-wise (unlike large numbers of hypocritical fundies). Even as a lapsed Catholic, I found it disgusting to hear him talk "God" (like "God made the sun shine on my speech" (also a lie, isn't that lightening-bolt worthy?) - BLECH). A philandering, lying, casino owning scamster has no business getting support from ANYONE in the religious community. So in that sense, I was proud of you guys. ALMOST made up for the loathsome way you treated the gays. ALMOST (I still ain't over it). But yeah, kudos on practicing what you preach.
No this where you want federal bureaucracy to come in. Not some bs telling us what we can eat or who we can marry.
It really makes you wonder just how on earth any Trump business is still actually standing. I know probably a lot of "legal wiggling" I mean I can see value in running the country like a private business. But maybe something like Google, Apple or Disney.
