For dinner in Epcot for a person who loves atmosphere and food, is traveling solo, and has done neither, where should I eat?
My vote would be Monsieur Paul at France. It's got a very classy atmosphere and great food. If you get a seat by a window, you can watch the people walking down below which is always fun, and if you time it right you can even watch Illuminations from up there; interior seats are also nice, with the tiered dining area great for people watching at a slower pace. Unlike a lot of other options, we didn't feel the least bit rushed when we were there, making it really feel like a special experience in the park. Reservations are pretty easy to get, from what I recall Chefs de France is not bad, but it's pretty noisy and chaotic from what I remember. The food is good, but nothing especially unique or memorable; it's definitely the most family-friendly of the bunch Le Cellier isn't a bad choice, but it doesn't live up to the hype for me, especially since you have to make reservations 6 months in advance due to its popularity. It feels like you're in a basement, which I guess is what they're going for, and the tables are really close together. The food is good, but the vast majority of it can be found at any steakhouse in the US, so it's hard to justify the trouble of getting in there
