While I like the idea of Land, Sea, and Sky, I really really doubt the validity of this. With the current and upcoming projects in the two existing parks, it seems unlikely that they would also have a massive investment in a third park and all that's associated with it Additionally, the site they highlighted is a really bad layout for a park of any kind. It's an awkward L-shape without much width. Additionally, using it would mean that no future expansion would be possible at TDL or TDS; they could only work within the existing footprints of those two parks Soarin' is part of the current plans for TDS, and should begin construction within the next year or so. It seems like a perfect fit for a sky-themed park, so if it gets built in TDS, then there would presumably be no plans for that park any time soon
