In DCA, you have a few choices. Mulholland Madness Grizzly River Run (Only during Peak Times) California Screamin' Mali-Boomer (Only during Peak Times) Soarin' (though I recommend using FASTPASS instead)

However, appx. 1 month ago (also on a Saturday) I had to wait over a half an hour. (which was still much better than a nearly 2-hour long standby line.
