I have to believe that they have plans for a ride in this area in the (relatively) near future, and that this is why they did not touch the shops and did a very sloppy job with the Maliboomer area. Maybe a new dark ride or something along that nature? A fun house-themed dark ride? Thoughts/comments?

Then again, I'd buy into almost anything TNBC related. I just love the thing.

I wonder how people-who-haven't-seen-the-original react to the Haunted Mansion when it's decked out with 'Nightmare Before Christmas' stuff?

And upon reopening of that area ... It sort of affirms our suspicions that someday ... a ride will go behind Screamin's helix, here. And the queue begin where the Maliboomer sat. My wish list - a water flume based ride. And .. by all means ... I don't mean tacky stuff like Shoot-the-Chute trash .... that's designed to get you wet - from head to toe. But something that's all indoor, and full of charm.
