I was sitting at work the other day and an incoming call came in and it was someone on the other side of the cubicle from me, somehow we were connected. I have caller id on the phone. If it comes in for my personal line it'll indicate the phone number. If it comes in from the queue the number won't pop up, but it'll say the department name. This call was the latter of the two.

We have a service here in the UK, I presume you do too, where if you ring someone and theyre already using their phone, you can press a number, and when they hang up, your phone will ring.(at the same time as theirs) It couldnt have been like that could it?
