Figures that i have noticed missing on recent trips: 1. the donkey on pirates 2. the crab on pirates 3.) the dog on the log wth the little indian girl. she seems to disappear alot as well 4. the beavers in the damm 5.)the straching bear and the little gophers have been missing for years now 6.) geese don't seem to last long in small world 7.)i think there is a couple dolls missing in the finale. 8.) also except in the finale, most the characters in small world are missing their songbooks.

I've been on Splash before where one of the Swamp Boys (the gator trio) was gone... Btw, that was their name in America Sings, and there's a poster advertising them in WDW's Splash.
